Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and deliveries of products in our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

5. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you mustsendus an unambiguous declaration by email to yonkoshop.ch@gmail.com .
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The goods mustbe returned in unused condition .

Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 7 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.

7. Warranty and Liability
We do not offer any additional warranty beyond the statutory warranty.

8. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.

9. Retention of title
Ownership of the delivered goods remains with the seller until full payment has been made.
